This project began with a vision to maintain an iconic heritage property in pristine, hotel-like condition while the client resided overseas. With a strong emphasis on discretion, trust, and detail, TOMA became the silent guardian of this remarkable Auckland estate. We provided full-spectrum estate management including weekly property inspections, smart-home system monitoring, landscape upkeep, deep housekeeping, and pre-arrival preparation. On return, the client was welcomed by a fully refreshed residence stocked, styled, and ready for living.
